Mmm. . .Garlic Butter


Easiest garlic butter sauce ever! I use this for the Vietnamese Garlic Chicken wings. You can also use this as a naughty drizzle on spaghetti carbonara, steamed mussels, clams, shrimp or on un-shelled crab.

Ingredients:
10 large cloves of garlic, minced
1 stick salted or unsalted butter
Dash of salt & pepper

Directions:
Heat a small nonstick pan on medium high heat. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and all of the minced garlic.  The garlic will begin to turn a golden brown color, continually stir (see figure 1.).


Once all sides of the garlic are golden brown add the rest of the butter and immediately remove from heat. Add a dash of salt and pepper.
